Tamale Time
Thursday, November 6th, 2008I made tamales a few years ago at a friends families xmas even party and they were both delicious and fun to make. It’s also easy to make them vegetarian because you can put pretty much anything in them. For these we made a corn, cheese, chili tamales from epicurious. I have to say the salsa recipe that comes with it rocked as well, but was a bit too citrusy so we added more green salsa or you could cut down on the lime a bit.
